Hey folks- I'm Scott from Queens New York and I created this blog to help myself track my calisthenics on a monthly basis. My monthly goals are as follows: 1000 pushups 1000 crunches 300 squats 50 pull/chinups I've been doing this for several years (I'm in my late 30's) and I've had much success as opposed to lifting weights where I'd often get injured.
